It's cheaper pizza than Pizza Hut, medium menu. Staff are generally nice, depending on what time you go in. Again, cheap pizza and ingredients means more grease and you can literally taste the fat content of each piece. I go in there maybe once in a blue moon for a pizza or baked spaghetti.

Terrible customer service when I ordered two pizzas for delivery one out of the two came with long strands of brown hair when I called to complain I was told I could not get a refund at the moment because the manager that was on duty was not authorized to give me a refund so I drove the pizzas back to them called my bank canceled the transaction and swore never to go there again Tip when you order your pizza specify no hair ! No stars

First time I went there. As I awaited my pizza a handful of people got free pies because their order was screwed up. And to my "surprise", I also got a free pie because they also screwed my order up...they had an attitude because I was pissed. Won't go there again.

One driver can't deliver on a Monday night before 11pm? Smart people run this store. You can't add more drivers? Why only 1 driver? Some day you will be as good as Papa Johns. Just kidding. You will always be the worst pizza store in Winter Haven.

They're getting 2 stars since the pizza was pretty good; however, I loathe bad service like religious solicitors. They have an ample-sized location without a purpose. This was my first trip to a Hungry Howie's after hearing my husband rave about their pizza for years. Each and every employee was downright rude. I don't expect much when I walk into a place where the manager is probably barely 21 but gimme a break!! Show some sense of professionalism. Despite the tables & space you aren't really encouraged to dine-in - add the fact that they didn't have a hi-chair in the whole building and it equals that I will never visit this location again. I'll try another HH in the area, but this location won't see another dime from me.
